Pricing for direct bookings:
​Stay 1 night: $ 220 for up 4 persons + $20/extra person/night 
Stay 2 nights: $ 420 for up to 4 persons + $20/extra person/night
Stay 3 nights: $ 600 for up to 4 persons + $20/extra person/night
BEST DEAL: Stay 4 nights: $ 750 for up to 4 people +
$20/extra person/night
Maximum number of people: 6 people. Two night minimum applies 1st December 2020-1st March 2021 and any long weekends, school holidays, public holidays thereafter.

Rate includes:

• Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival
• Unlimited free WIFI
•  Farm fresh eggs (if available)
• Tea/coffee, milk

Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 5 days before check-in day: 100% refund
Cancellation less than 5 days before check-in day: 
1st night non-refundable and remaining nights will be 50% refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
