Standard Pricing: $205/night for four people, $20/night/per extra person, cleaning fee $60/stay. This standard price does not include any taxes or extras that any booking platform may charge. Please note that you cannot book directly through me.
Maximum number of people: 6 people. Two night minimum applies All Year Round, unless by prior arrangement.

Rate includes:

• Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival
• Unlimited free WIFI
•  Farm fresh eggs (if available)
• Tea/coffee, milk & all pantry basics

Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 5 days before check-in day: 100% refund
Cancellation less than 5 days before check-in day: 
1st night non-refundable and remaining nights will be 50% refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
